• Swarnabharana padakam(gold saving scheme) installment should be paid every month form (date) 1st to 13th of the month . Gold rate will be decided as the market rate of every month 1st in case any holiday the next day market rate will be considered. It includes 9% wastage and Rs50 as kdm hallmarking charges.
• Every month on 15th lucky draw will be conducted at siri administration office in case any holiday on 15th draw will be conducted next day in the presence of special guest and our customers.
• In swarnabharana padakam(gold saving scheme) payment will be start from Rs1000/- , Rs1500/-, ½ gram, Rs2000/-, Rs2500/-, Rs3000/-, 1 gram. Rate should be paid.
• Every month the amount paid by the member will be converted to gold and will be credited into your account.
• After completion of installments at the time of maturity, the gold credited in your account will be returned in the form of ornaments.
• Scheme members can pay their monthly installments through our agents or at our store or net banking through website www.sirijewelleries.com .
• Members who will pay their installment by 13th date will be included in the lucky draw, who will not pay by 13th date will not be included.
• If the member fails to pay their installments continuously and he/she should pay the highest rate in pending months. He/she has no right on down fall of rate.
• The members should a receipt manually or in case paid online should have a print out or a message regarding payment.
• Un authorized payments will not be accepted by management i.e., without receipt or message.
• By the time of maturity if the member has pending installments he/she will be paid that many months late.
• If he/she discontinues their scheme one installment or minimum of Rs 1500/- will be deducted from the members account as scheme loss and the remaining will be paid.
• The member who will discontinue will not be eligible for lucky draw and extra bonus and also the joining gifts all of them will be deducted and the remaining will be paid.
• The members who will win prizes in lucky draw can claim their gifts after six months till then they will be credited into their account.
• If a member delays in paying 4 months continuously he/she will be eliminated and management has all rights to cancel their membership and allot the same no. to new member.The new no. will get all benefits from the month of joining only.
• In case if there is any gift claimed to the empty scheme no. in lucky draw that prize will goes to the management (upto final bumper draw).
• At time of maturity , money will not be paid at any cost as per Govt rules. Will be paid only in the form of gold ornaments.
• Scheme will be closed by conducting a bumper draw in 29th month.
• At time of maturity customer has to pay GST (3%)tax , if anything changes in tax rate customer should pay that.
• At the time maturity for the excess gold purchase (more than what he/she gets)& wastage and making charges and also stone cost should be paid by the customer or member.

SWARNABHARANAM BASAD LOANS:
• After 9 months 80% of amount can be used as loan and can be returned in 60 days without interest.
• Every dispute can be solved in the premises of sathupally court only.
